Hi Every body Welcome to my new site and home of my new line of "Magic Space Glass" jewelry and functional items for your home.

My Grandfather in the 50's used shrimp boats and a team of divers to recover space rockets that ended up in the ocean that were being tested before manned flight. My Father was an engineer that worked on the launch pads during that time as well. So I feel very connected to my "Original Space Glass" line.

Dichroic glass was developed in the 1950-60's by NASA the Department of Defense and their contractors, and is a technology where in extremely thin films of metal are vacuum deposited on a glass surface in a vaccum. NASA uses this material in sensitive spacecraft instruments to keep them from harmful effects of cosmic radiation or to protect human vision from the harsh glare of unfiltered sunlight in space. Because dichroic can withstand such high temperatures the Kiln formed art glass community such as me uses it in beautiful art jewelry and more.

My Magic Space Glass line is being formally intruduced in 2011 and is HOT HOT HOT. The jewelry takes on the colors of what you are wearing as well as your surroundings.
